Barbecuing is synonymous with social and family gatherings. From cooking Jerk Chicken in the Caribbean Islands to cooking Kalua Pig in Imu’s (underground earth ovens) in the Pacific Islands, all the way to a Korean style BBQ Rib. We prepare all of our favorites with a Florida Keys flare.

We are an outdoor farm to table style dining experience in a garden setting. We focus on local products, clean food and encourage responsible eating through our inspired menu. We are taking food prep and service back to the original island days by using only fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and cooking all of our foods over a wood fire.
Proprietor Chris Lordi was born and raised in South Florida and has over 15 years experience in the food and beverage industry. He has a passion for cooking and love of the Florida Keys island lifestyle that he injects into each dish that he creates.
